Our Mission

At Lively Hearts, we believe everyone deserves a second chance. Our mission is to uplift, empower, and support individuals and families — including men, women, and youth — who are experiencing homelessness, women re-entering society after incarceration, or facing other hardships. Through faith-centered programs, job training, transitional housing, youth mentorship, and community outreach, we help restore hope and rebuild lives — one heart at a time.
