"Community. Compassion. Change."
Together, we build brighter futures for women and families in need.

Our Mission
At Lively Hearts, we believe every person deserves a second chance. Our mission is to uplift, empower, and support individuals and families—including men, women, youth, and seniors—who are experiencing homelessness, re-entry after incarceration, or other hardships.
Through faith-centered programs, job training, transitional housing, youth mentorship, senior support, and community outreach, we strive to restore hope and help rebuild lives one heart at a time.

Why Our Work Matters
-
At-Risk Youth in Tennessee
1,001 children and 629 young adults (ages 18–24) experienced homelessness in Tennessee in 2023. (Source: mpa.utah.edu, funraise.org, cafth.org)
Our programs aim to provide safe spaces, mentoring, and essentials to prevent youth homelessness. -
Barriers After Incarceration
Formerly incarcerated people are nearly 10× more likely to become homeless, with women especially vulnerable. (prisonpolicy.org)
Through transitional housing and job support, we help reduce this risk and restore stability. -
Protecting Our Elders
Millions of seniors are aging alone without access to safe housing, proper nutrition, or support systems. Over 7.5 million older adults live in poverty.
(Sources: AARP, Census.gov, National Council on Aging)
We work to ensure seniors receive the dignity, housing, and care they deserve.
